Terms of use
These cover the use of this website. They are not the terms on which a holiday home is sold. Those are set out in your sales agreement, your pitch licence and Our Expectations, all of which are given to you in person before anything is agreed.
Who runs this site
This website is operated by Sunnyvale Holiday Park Ltd, trading as Nottage Park Lodges, of Moor Lane, Nottage, Porthcawl, CF36 3EJ. Registered in England and Wales, company number 02627628. Registered office: Valley Road, Saundersfoot, Pembrokeshire, SA69 9BP. VAT number GB 927 5721 05.
Prices and specifications
Prices are stated in pounds sterling and include your first twelve months of site fees, insurance to the 31st of October, full manufacturer's warranty and full wrap-around composite decking. Prices, models and specifications may change, and a price shown here is not an offer to sell.
Photographs are of lodges sited at Nottage unless the page says otherwise. Where a model is not yet on park we say so, and the photography is the manufacturer's own. Some features and styling may vary between a photograph and the lodge you buy. Floor plans are drawn to indicate layout, not to scale.
Annual site fees, standing charges and other figures are indicative and are confirmed in your agreement.
Holiday use
Nottage Park Lodges is a holiday park. Lodges are for holiday use between the 1st of March and the 2nd of January and cannot be used as a main residence or registered address.
