Privacy notice
Who we are. Nottage Park Lodges, Moor Lane, Nottage, Porthcawl, CF36 3EJ. The data controller is Sunnyvale Holiday Park Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 02627628, registered office Valley Road, Saundersfoot, Pembrokeshire, SA69 9BP. You can reach us on 07498 500 941 or at discover@nottageparklodges.co.uk.
What we collect. When you send an enquiry we collect your name, an email address or a telephone number, whichever you give us, which lodge you asked about, when you would like to come, and anything you write in the message. If you ask for a brochure we collect a postal address, and if you ask for the monthly letter we record that you asked. That is all.
Why we hold it. To answer your enquiry and to arrange a visit. We do not sell your details, and we do not pass them to anybody else for marketing.
Who else sees it. This site is hosted by Netlify, and an enquiry is stored on their servers before it reaches our inbox, so they hold a copy as our processor. Nobody else does.
How long we keep it. For as long as we are in conversation with you, and for two years afterwards, so that we can pick up where we left off if you come back to us. Then we delete it. Ask us to delete it sooner and we will.
Cookies. We set none of our own. The site carries no analytics or advertising unless you accept them, and the choice sits in the bar at the foot of the screen the first time you visit.
If you accept, we use Meta and Google to measure which pages bring people to the park. Both set cookies in your browser and both may use what they collect for their own advertising. If you decline, they are never loaded at all, and declining changes nothing about how the site works.
If you have accepted and you send us an enquiry or book a visit, your email address and telephone number are scrambled in your browser into a code that cannot be turned back into them, and that code is passed to Google. Google uses it only to tell us whether one of our adverts led to your enquiry. If you have declined, nothing is passed.
You can change your mind whenever you like. The Cookies link at the foot of every page brings the choice back.
A time booked on the visit page or the Open Weekend page is also passed to Cal.com, who keep our appointment diary, so that your time is held and a confirmation reaches you. Cal.com is a company based in the United States. They receive your name, email address, telephone number, the time you chose and anything you tell us about the lodges you would like to see, and nothing else.
Your rights. You can ask to see what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to the address above or email us. If you are not satisfied you may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
