We are a small park on the Glamorgan coast, family run and independent.
Eighty pitches, and while the park fills there is still a real choice of where to sit on it. You choose the pitch as well as the lodge. The Grove, a parkland course open to non-members, wraps the park boundary.
We sell holiday homes to people who want somewhere quiet on the coast for a good part of the year. The season runs ten months, from the first of March to the second of January.
No clubhouse, no arcade, no entertainments team.
Rest Bay is two miles from the gate.
Seven beaches along this stretch, each good for something different. Rest Bay is the nearest, about seven minutes in the car, and there is nothing to arrange before you go.
The decking wraps the whole lodge.
Composite, and included in the price. Which way it faces is decided by the pitch you choose.

Nothing is added to the price you see.
The price on each lodge is the price you pay. No charge for connection, none for the decking. We hand over a fully connected lodge, full manufacturer's warranty registered in your name from the morning you take the keys.
Included: the lodge sited and connected on your pitch, your first twelve months of site fees, insurance to the 31st of October, full manufacturer's warranty, the gas certificate in your name, and full wrap-around composite decking, sized to the footprint.

For as long as you own it, there is no age limit on your holiday home.
We will not ask you to replace it, upgrade it, or move it off the park because of its age. Your pitch licence has no end date either. It runs for as long as you own your holiday home, and if you buy as a couple we name you both.

Come inside.
We keep the lodges open and warm, and set aside an hour and a quarter, long enough to see them properly and have a coffee on the way round. Tell us roughly when suits and which caught your eye, and we will have them ready. Or just come. We are here every day until five.
