Holiday home ownership at Nottage Park Lodges is clear, simple and enjoyable. A £10,000 deposit secures your chosen lodge and pitch.
Prices start from £95,950. We have holiday homes for many types of families and lifestyles, from stylish affordable options to spacious premium lodges. If we do not currently have the exact model you want, we can work with you to source the perfect lodge.
Every purchase includes your 2026 pitch fees, full manufacturer’s warranty, a gas safety certificate valid for 11 months, insurance until 31 October 2026, and composite decking confirmed with your advisor.
Site Fees and Running Costs
Annual pitch fees are £5,000. Pitch fees are reviewed each year. We set out all costs clearly from the start so you know where you stand.
Electricity, gas and water are supplied directly to your lodge on metered connections, so you only pay for what you use. Standing annual charges are Gas £35, Electricity £35 and Water £10. This keeps running costs modest and predictable.
From year two, you will arrange annual gas safety checks and keep your lodge insured. You may choose any insurer.
Your Licence and Use
Your pitch licence is unlimited while you own the lodge.
The park is open for holidays from 1 March to 2 January each year. Nottage Park Lodges is a holiday park only. Lodges are non residential and cannot be used as a main home.
You may let your lodge to family, friends or paying guests. Commercial letting is permitted by agreement at the point of sale.
Arrange a Visit
Before you buy, we want you to visit the park, walk the grounds and make sure it is the right setting for you and your family. You can then select a pitch that suits your needs.
Private one to one tours run every Thursday and Sunday throughout the winter. If those days do not suit you, we will try to arrange another time.

You will work with the same member of our sales team from start to finish. You will have a direct number for any questions at any time. We offer visits, virtual tours and clear guidance throughout the buying process.
