Lounge and living space

The front lounge is bathed in natural light from the full-height front feature window and ‘Aspect’ French doors. Furnished with freestanding two- and three-seater sofas and a separate armchair, the space centres around a built-in entertainment unit with a 40” branded TV and 2kW Optiflame® fire. LED backlit shelving and stylish decor complete the look. A full-height feature radiator, large mirror, and a coffee table with hidden stools add functionality and flair.

Kitchen and dining

The U-shaped kitchen has shaker-style doors, a breakfast bar with stools, and built-in appliances including a wine cooler, integrated microwave, and 12-place dishwasher. A roof VELUX adds brightness, and the black granite-effect sink and curved extractor enhance the modern feel. Soft-close drawers, pop-up sockets, and thoughtful storage details make everyday use easy and efficient. Adjacent, the ‘Helsinki’ dining table with wraparound seating comfortably accommodates family meals.

Bedrooms

The main bedroom includes a king-size bed with lift-up storage and a Duvalay™ Alba-Ortho orthopaedic mattress. A dedicated dressing room with wardrobe, drawers, and dressing table provides added privacy and convenience. The twin bedroom offers versatile layout options (beds can be made into a double by removing the bedside unit), a large wardrobe with drawers, overhead lockers, and a vanity area with mirror, socket, shelf, and cube stool.

Bathrooms

The en suite bathroom includes a full-size bath, while the main bathroom features a thermostatic shower and roof VELUX. Both include dual flush WCs with soft-close seats, chrome towel radiators, extractor fans, and LED illuminated vanity mirrors with infrared sensor and demisting pad. Stone-effect vinyl flooring and stylish splashbacks add to the high-end finish.

Storage and utility

A walk-in cupboard houses the boiler, freestanding washer dryer, coat hooks, shoe shelving, and extra storage space, ensuring your lodge stays clutter-free.

Construction and insulation

Built to residential specification (BS3632:2015), the Toronto offers excellent insulation with Thermaglas uPVC double glazing, lagged pipes, a SIPs insulated floor, and high levels of roof and wall insulation. A 30kW gas combi boiler with wireless programmable thermostat provides efficient heating and hot water year-round.

Exterior details

With CanExel composite cladding in Timberwolf and Mist Grey, galvanised twin-axle chassis, LED lighting under the front eaves, and a coated steel pantile roof, the exterior is both durable and visually striking. A 240V exterior socket adds practicality to outdoor living.
