OUR MOSELLE LODGE HOLIDAY HOME IN DETAIL:

The Moselle’s spacious and inviting lounge is a real focal point, designed with flexibility in mind. The freestanding sofa, armchair, and dual-position TV points allow you to personalise the layout to suit your pitch. A full-height feature window and sliding patio doors bring in plenty of daylight, while LED pelmet lighting creates a warm, relaxing atmosphere.

The open-plan kitchen features Nebraska Oak-effect worktops, a tall integrated fridge freezer, a Thetford Cocina oven and grill, a 4-burner gas hob with extractor, and a built-in microwave. The cast resin sink and large storage cupboard make cooking practical and enjoyable. The dining space blends fixed bench seating with a freestanding table and stools, creating a great setup for easy family meals.

The master bedroom includes a king-size bed with a premium Duvalay™ Alba-Ortho mattress, large wardrobe, bedside cabinets, and a vanity area. Mood lighting adds a soft glow. Each twin bedroom offers Duvalay™ Aurora mattresses, Crib 5 rated fabric, and smart touches like wall lights, USB sockets, TV points, and vanity mirrors.

In the en suite, you’ll find a large shower with LED lighting and a thermostatic mixer, while the main bathroom includes a full domestic bath with thermostatic shower, extractor, dual flush WC, vanity unit, and Nebraska-style splashbacks.

Built to BS3632:2015 residential specification, the Moselle has bonded sandwich exterior walls, 200mm roof insulation, 95mm wall insulation, lagged underfloor pipes, and a combi-boiler central heating system—ensuring reliable, year-round warmth.

Externally, the Moselle looks as good as it feels, with Timberwolf CanExel cladding, anthracite window frames, a pantile steel roof, galvanised chassis with 10-year warranty, and energy-saving LED lighting on the front elevation. A mains socket and uPVC guttering add practical finishing touches.
