SWIFT · LODGE
Room to breathe.
Forty two feet by fourteen, two bedrooms, sleeping four, in the Country Cottage scheme. A bath in the main bathroom and a Velux over the dinette.
Swift put TV points at both ends of the Moselle's lounge, so the room can face the windows or face the television depending on how you use it. Fixed seating at the dining end, a full height fridge freezer, and Bluetooth speakers into the lounge ceiling.
A large freestanding sofa with a footstool, front aspect sliding doors under full width lined curtains, and LED lighting to the pelmets. Thetford Cocina oven and grill, a four-burner gas hob, a full size dishwasher and a washing machine. King size bed with a Duvalay Alba-Ortho mattress and an en-suite shower cubicle, twin beds behind. Built to BS3632 residential specification, with condensing gas combi-boiler central heating for the ten-month season.
The price on the lodge is the price you pay: sited, fully connected and decked, with the essentials already taken care of.
Gas, electricity and water are metered separately. Holiday use only.
A small, privately held park on the Glamorgan coast. Twenty-five lodges, eighty pitches, set in countryside between Royal Porthcawl, Pyle & Kenfig and the Grove. Quiet by design. Rest Bay is a few minutes from the gate, and the harbour and town two miles south. Cardiff, forty-five minutes. The rest of the world, a little further out.
Come and walk through one. No photograph gets this right. We are open every day, ten until five.
