Step inside the Swift Margaux and you’re welcomed into a space that feels bright, spacious, and instantly relaxing. The open-plan lounge is centred around a freestanding two-piece suite with a fold-out occasional bed and matching ottoman, perfect for cosy evenings in or hosting overnight guests. The wall unit, freestanding TV stand, large mirror, and framed artwork add a boutique townhouse feel, while USB sockets and TV points keep the space modern and practical.

The kitchen and dining area are designed with entertaining in mind. A sociable U-shaped layout offers plenty of workspace, finished with marble-effect worktops and a tile-effect splashback. High-quality appliances — including a glass-fronted oven and grill, four-burner hob, integrated microwave, and fridge-freezer — make holiday cooking effortless. Pendant lighting and a freestanding dining table with chairs create a stylish place to share meals with family or friends.
