Our Edmonton Lodge 3 Bed holiday home in detail:

Destined to be the star of the season, the Edmonton Lodge brings the luxury of the Hamptons to British shores. Its twin-unit, 20ft wide structure is styled with CanExel cladding in Mist Grey and anthracite windows for a refined first impression. The front elevation features French doors and large feature windows to flood the home with natural light.

Inside, the open-plan layout immediately sets a calm and welcoming tone. A combination of blue-checked soft furnishings, Tournai Stone flooring, and luxury carpet creates a balanced blend of warmth and sophistication. The lounge includes freestanding two- and three-seater sofas with scatter cushions and footstool, a 2kW Reo Stove log burner effect fire, and dual-level TV points for flexible positioning.

The L-shaped kitchen is styled in shaker units with soft-close drawers and White Mountain Larch worktops. Appliances include a glass-fronted Thetford oven and grill, four-burner gas hob, integrated microwave, fridge-freezer, and a breakfast bar with stools at the central island. The dining space is home to a Bella Twin table and six chairs, with soft lighting and a mirror accent wall for added ambience.

The master bedroom includes a king-size Duvalay™ Alba-Ortho orthopaedic mattress with lift-up storage, a walk-through dressing area with full wardrobes, and a vanity unit with mirror, stool, and overhead TV mount. The two additional bedrooms both feature Crib 5-rated Aurora Duvalay™ mattresses, padded headboards, wardrobes with drawers, vanity units, and USB charging points. The third bedroom makes the Edmonton ideal for families or guests needing extra sleeping space.

The main bathroom includes a domestic bath with thermostatic shower, inset vanity basin, towel cupboard, LED demister mirror, and stylish Levanto Marble splashbacks. The en suite features a large thermostatic shower cubicle and matching fittings. Both bathrooms are equipped with extractor fans and chrome towel radiators.

Additional touches include a glazed hallway entrance door and a separate utility room with boiler and freestanding washer/dryer. A 30kW gas combi boiler and enhanced insulation (SIPs floor, 200mm roof insulation, 95mm wall insulation) ensure Edmonton is ready for use in any season.
