Edmonton captures a relaxed beach cottage atmosphere with airy blues, whites, greys, and natural hues, all beautifully complemented by the Wedgewood soft furnishing scheme. Its open-plan layout blends kitchen, dining, and living spaces into one inviting space, with luxury carpet underfoot and soft lighting throughout to set a calm, sophisticated tone.

The lounge includes freestanding two- and three-seater sofas, scatter cushions, and an upholstered footstool. A modern Reo Stove electric fire sits beneath a framed seascape print, while the freestanding TV unit and dual-level TV points offer flexibility in layout. Glazed French doors and a full-height front window let natural light flood in.

In the kitchen, you’ll find a large L-shaped layout with shaker-style cabinetry, curved glass extractor fan, and soft-close drawers. Appliances include a Thetford glass-fronted oven and grill, a four-burner gas hob, integrated microwave, fridge and freezer. The island unit includes a breakfast bar and stools, ideal for coffee or conversation. The dining space features a Bella Twin freestanding table with six chairs and a stylish round mirror set against a white wood-style feature wall.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed with lift-up storage and a Duvalay™ Alba-Ortho orthopaedic mattress, bedside units, and reading lights. There’s a walkthrough dressing area with full wardrobes, a vanity unit with mirror and stool, and an overhead TV position. The twin bedroom has comfortable Duvalay Aurora mattresses, a double wardrobe, vanity area with socket, and warm Roman blinds or curtains depending on layout.

The main bathroom features a domestic bath with thermostatic shower, LED mirror with demister, inset vanity basin, and towel cupboard. The en suite includes a large shower cubicle, basin, and Levanto Marble splashbacks. Both bathrooms have extractor fans, dual flush WCs, and chrome towel radiators for comfort and practicality.

A separate utility room near the entrance houses the combi boiler and freestanding washer/dryer, keeping things organised and discreet.

The lodge is built on a 20ft wide twin chassis with galvanised steel and CanExel Mist Grey cladding. French doors and large feature windows create a stunning first impression, while Thermaglas double glazing, thick SIPs flooring, and high insulation levels ensure excellent energy performance. A 30kW gas combi boiler and radiator thermostats provide reliable warmth year-round.
