OUR GLENDALE LODGE HOLIDAY HOME IN DETAIL:

Open-Plan Living & Lounge Area
The Glendale's lounge is designed for both comfort and elegance. Relax into deep buttoned sofas, complete with two wing chairs and a matching storage footstool. The painted lounge furniture, designer flame-effect fire, and vaulted ceilings (2.4m minimum) give the space a contemporary and airy feel. Two sets of bifold doors to the front elevation allow natural light to flood the space and open fully for seamless indoor-outdoor living.

Stylish Kitchen & Dining
The newly designed kitchen is a true centrepiece, with a range cooker, 5-burner gas hob, and electric ignition oven and grill. The kitchen island includes a pop-up socket and is surrounded by plush bar stools, perfectly matching the extendable dining table and dining chairs. A skylight above the kitchen enhances the space with natural light. Appliances include an integrated fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and washer/dryer, all externally vented for convenience and performance.

Luxury Bedrooms
Both the master bedroom and second bedroom feature 5ft divan beds, dressed with bed throws, scatter cushions, and coordinated duvet covers and pillowcases. There are TV points in every bedroom, along with generous storage and high-quality furniture. The lodge comes with a full accessory pack for a ready-to-move-in feel.

Modern Bathrooms
The bathrooms are beautifully finished with LED lighting, extractor fans, and a thermostatically controlled shower. The master en suite includes a separate shower, basin, and toilet, adding privacy and convenience for owners and guests.

Construction & Comfort
Built to residential standards with Thermaglas double glazing, gas combi central heating, and high levels of insulation (150mm in the roof, 60mm in the walls and floor), the Glendale is designed for year-round living. A pre-galvanised twin axle chassis, PVCu windows, and vinyl grain-effect cladding ensure durability and energy efficiency.

Exterior & Safety Features
Finished with a pitched pantile roof, domestic gutters, exterior lighting, and a handy external socket, the Glendale is fully equipped for extended stays. Smoke, fire, and carbon monoxide detectors are all installed as standard, with emergency escape windows for peace of mind.
